The eight-section series will investigate ‘the urgent minutes in Serena’s day to day existence on and off the court,’ as per the TriBeCa Film Celebration declaration before the show’s debut in New York June 13.
The program will represent ‘the series of steps that when reflected upon, show the inconceivable distance went throughout the span of her profession,’
‘I think it’s a good opportunity for people to see the other side,’ she told Style Culture TV.
‘I think most people see the grand slam wins and the holding up the trophy,’ she explained. ‘I want people to take away the appreciation of what happened before the trophy went up, and all the work and all the real memories of what was going on behind the scenes’ she explained.
‘I’ve had so many amazing memories,’ the Olympic gold medal winner stated.
