The universe is an unknown place. Although scientific advances have allowed us to learn a lot about what happens beyond our atmosphere, there are still events that continue to surprise humanity. Every once in a while something unusual happens, like the fall of mysterious objects or meteorites that formed billions of years ago. And although science always tries to find a logical and rational explanation, they don’t always succeed.
If you do a Google search on “mysterious objects fallen from the sky” you will find thousands of results, some of them really inquiring and without any kind of explanation. However, nothing like what they have found on a farm in Australia.
mysterious space object
The Australian Space Agency is investigating mysterious objects found in agricultural fields in the Snowy Mountains, an Australian mountain system belonging to the Great Dividing Range. Brad Tucker, an astrophysicist at the Australian National University, says he often gets calls from people who think they’ve found space junk, and they’re usually easy to dismiss. However, this is totally different.
Professor Tucker received a call last Thursday from Mick Miners and Jock Wallace, two sheep farmers in the small town of Dalgety, who reported finding a mysterious charred object. The farmers contacted Tucker via local ABC radio, where he is a regular guest to talk about the space.
Tucker drove two hours to the Miners’ farm to identify the mysterious object. The first impression of him was something that looked like a burnt tree, and even as he got closer he recognized that it was some kind of alien obelisk.
“I knew without a doubt that this was a very real incident and a very real piece sticking out of the ground,” Tucker told Australian outlet Stuff.
The Australian astrophysicist recognized that it was real because it was made of composite materials designed to withstand heat, including something resembling carbon fiber. He also showed clear signs of burning from the reentry. And Professor Tucker didn’t miss the opportunity to document the discovery on YouTube, where netizens quickly offered up his theories.
There were many who assured that it was clearly the remains of an alien ship. What’s more, they added, that in recent weeks similar objects are falling in other parts of the planet and that the different space agencies hide the truth saying that they are simply space junk or the remains of rockets.
And we don’t know if they are right or not, but in this particular case they have offered a similar explanation. It appears to be the remains of a SpaceX spacecraft that re-entered Earth’s atmosphere at 7 a.m. on July 9, 20 months after its launch in November 2020. The SpaceX Dragon capsule fell over the area of Australia where the farmers found the remains. His alleged re-entry was seen and heard by a number of people from Canberra to Bendigo, with many sharing it on social media. And in case anyone still had any doubts, Professor Tucker added that one of the panels in the rubble appeared to have had a number on it.
“It’s a very easy way for SpaceX to confirm it because it has a label,” Tucker stressed.
SpaceX has yet to confirm that the wreckage belonged to the SpaceX Dragon and has yet to respond to a request from the Guardian Australia newspaper. The only thing that is known is that the mysterious remains have been guarded by the Australian Space Agency (ASA). An ASA spokesman said his technical experts had visited a remote part of the Snowy Mountains area of southern New South Wales, after the discovery of “space debris”.
“The agency is actively working to validate the formal identification of the objects and is collaborating with our counterparts in the US, as well as other parts of the Commonwealth and local authorities, as appropriate,” an ASA spokesperson explained. .
Professor Tucker explained that the mysterious “space junk” should have fallen into the ocean, and it is a really strange occurrence that it fell in a populated area.
“It’s only happened a handful of times,” said the astrophysicist. “In 1979, the US space station Skylab crashed over Western Australia in the first instance. There was a Russian nuclear-powered satellite that crashed in Canada in the 1980s. And then China had a rocket booster crash and landed in West Africa a couple of years ago. SpaceX was part of a booster accident in the US state of Washington last year. And now this.”
The ASA spokesperson said the space agency is committed to the long-term sustainability of outer space activities, including mitigation of “debris.”
As we can see, although they are doing everything possible to discredit, or try to offer a logical and rational explanation, the mysterious object is not being achieved. More and more people believe that the various space agencies are not telling us the truth and are covering up the existence of intelligent extraterrestrial life, or perhaps a battle is being waged in space.
