The eight-time Ballon d’Or winner spent his birthday “at work,” like he has done for the majority of his career, because they are playing Chile on Tuesday, the second day of the group stage.
Along with two cakes and three bread boxes, the Argentine star posted a picture of himself on social media with Nicolás Otamendi, Cristian Romero, Ángel Di María, Giovani Lo Celso, Nahuel Molina, Leandro Paredes, Rodrigo de Paul, and a supporter of the Argentina National Team.
Not only that, but there were more than four cakes emblazoned with the Albiceleste jersey, the World Cup, and numerous other graphics during the meal with the entire team and the AFA president.
