A resurfaced photo of NBA star LeBron James with rapper Bow Wow has left fans shocked due to the noticeable height difference between the two, even though Bow Wow is only three years younger than LeBron. The picture was taken in 2003, a few days before the Cleveland Cavaliers drafted LeBron out of high school with the No. 1 pick. At the time, LeBron already stood at a similar height to NBA legend Magic Johnson, who is listed as 6-foot-9 tall, while he towered head and shoulders over the 5-foot-7 Bow Wow.
In the photo, LeBron and Bow Wow posed with basketballs in their hands, but the ball in LeBron’s grasp appeared smaller and comically tiny compared to the one held by Bow Wow. The image has garnered millions of views on Twitter, with NBA fans jokingly commenting on how much older LeBron looked at the time and even comparing him to Bow Wow’s stepdad.
In another recently surfaced photo, LeBron was seen sitting next to Dwyane Wade and Derrick Rose during his second stint with the Cavaliers in the 2017-18 season, showcasing the star power of the Cavs during that time, even though the trio played together for only a limited time due to injuries. Despite the challenges, the Cavaliers made it to the NBA Finals but were ultimately swept by the Golden State Warriors.
