Another day, another pic of Caitlin Clark in elite company.

The WNBA star snapped a selfie with tennis legend Serena Williams on Monday, March 31, as the two athletes appeared on a panel at the NFL’s Annual Meeting in Palm Beach, Fla.

Clark, 23, and Williams, 43, joined Eli Manning for a panel called “The Changing Face of Sports and Its Impact on the NFL,” according to the tennis great’s Instagram post.

Williams shared several photos of herself and Clark, both wearing red outfits, showing them speaking on the panel and posing for pictures with Manning, 44.

“Yesterday was a blur and all about the future of women at the annual [NFL] Annual Meeting,” Williams wrote, tagging Clark and Manning. “I love [the] future of women don’t you?”

Clark responded to the post with a goat emoji, as well as a fire and pink double heart emoji – a nod of respect to the 23-time major tennis champion. The meeting between Clark and Williams also came one day after the WNBA star’s rookie cards broke a record initially set by Williams for the most expensive women’s sports card ever sold at auction ($366,000).

The panel appearance alongside Williams was the latest stop in a busy offseason for Clark, who has been reportedly working hard in the gym ahead of her sophomore WNBA season, in addition to spending time with a slew of celebrities. Since winning the WNBA’s Rookie of the Year award at the end of last season, Clark’s already illustrious spotlight has grown brighter alongside stars like Williams, Manning, Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce and more.

Clark made headlines when she hung out with Kelce, 35, and Swift, also 35, backstage during an Eras Tour stop in Indianapolis last November. She and Swift then appeared side by side at the Kansas City Chiefs’ first NFL playoff game in mid-January, where the WNBA star told David Eickholt of 247Sports she and the “Love Story” singer “had so much fun.”

Clark told Eickholt she was in disbelief after receiving the invite. If she had been told about the opportunity a year and a half ago, “I probably would have been like, ‘What?!’ ” Clark said.

Clark also appeared with Manning on the Eli Manning Show to have a shootout in a Pop-a-Shot game, which the retired NFL quarterback surprisingly won. Then, Clark sat down with David Letterman for an interview on his new My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman program, which will be released last week.

Last December, Clark reflected on her and other stars of her generation’s impact on the WNBA during an interview with Time after being named the magazine’s 2024 Athlete of the Year, noting their sudden rise in popularity.

“People are invested in the game, they love the game, and that’s what makes it so fun for me,” Clark said. “These people aren’t supporting women’s sports to check a box. It’s going to be the new normal.”
