As a pillar of support to Patrick Mahomes, his mother, Randi Mahomes, is also a dedicated grandmother.
Regularly sharing snaps of her grandchildren via Instagram, Randi is a firm fixture in the lives of Patrick and wife Brittany Mahomes, plus the couple’s three children: daughter Sterling (born in 2021), son Bronze (born in 2022) and daughter Golden (born in 2025). Randi was even gifted a new house by Patrick, Brittany and Jackson Mahomes, sharing the news via Instagram in March 2025.
As Patrick prepared for the 2025 Super Bowl, Randi told Page Six at the 2025 NFL Honors that she was committed to “grandma duty” on game day, Golden’s first-ever football game, caring for her clan inside a suite at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.
“I [am] the most excited ’cause all three are gonna be there,” Randi gushed of her grandchildren in February 2025. “I may or may not watch the game, but I will be holding the grandbabies!”

According to Randi, Patrick “really [wanted] all three” of his children cheering him on from the sidelines, despite the Kansas City Chiefs being defeated by the Philadelphia Eagles 40-22. (Patrick plays quarterback for the Chiefs and is widely considered one of the greatest of all time.)
