More clues about UFOs that shocked England in 1980

A former British Royal Air Force colonel has just published new clues about a shocking event related to UFOs that occurred in Rendlesham forest, eastern England, in the late 1980s.

The Huffington Post reported on July 21 that a former British Royal Air Force colonel said he has new evidence that will help clarify the 1980 historical UFO mystery near Bentwaters Royal Air Force Base.

Colonel Charles Halt collected reports from air traffic control in 1980 at Bentwaters. The soldiers here told him that on radar they saw UFOs flying in the sky and they were afraid to mention this issue until they retired.

On December 27, 1980, strange lights were seen by soldiers in Rendlesham Forest, which is located between Bentwaters and Woodbridge Air Force bases. Several witnesses said they saw strange objects moving very quickly in the sky, in addition to a triangular flying object reported to have landed in an open field.

When this incident continued to happen the next night, Halt, deputy commander of the air base at Bentwaters, led a group deep into the forest, where he then witnessed a strange light source accompanied by An unidentified object moved among the trees and dripped molten material.

In addition, an audio tape of Halt was revealed, he also described a laser-like light that was shot from the UFO to the ground where he and the group were standing.

“I can tell you, there are some types of supernatural intelligence that can change shape, size, and do funny things. What I have seen, I am convinced, is that we know nothing about them and what is involved or within them. Maybe they don’t exist in the form we know, or maybe they are an intelligent entity and we are not related to them,” Halt said.

After many years, the air traffic controllers in the 1980 incident at Bentwaters have revealed. “They saw an object moving in their scope, which has a range of 60 miles, but the object only moved for 2 or 3 seconds, thousands of miles per hour.” “, Mr. Halt shared with BBC. “After that, this object returned again, stopping near the water tower. They observed and followed until this object moved straight into the forest.”

After many years had passed and the air traffic controllers had retired, they decided to tell Halt about what they saw on their radar scope in 1980. “They told me they knew if each reported a UFO situation, their reports were all rejected. So they didn’t say anything.”

Halt is frustrated that inaccurate information about the Bentwaters incident has spread over decades. Besides, important government files on this case have also disappeared. In 2011, the UK published thousands of documents about UFOs, but documents related to the Rendlsham forest incident mysteriously disappeared.
