Fresh off a French Open victory, Novak Djokovic just landed himself another win after unloading his Miami Beach condo for $6 million.
The Serbian tennis player, who is currently ranked world No. 1 by the Association of Tennis Professionals, first purchased the luxe pad in 2019 after it was built for $5.77 million.
He listed the property a month later for $7.15 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Located in the luxury residences of Eighty Seven Park, the three-bedroom, three-full-bathroom corner residence spans 2,241 square feet and features a 1,715-square-foot wraparound terrace with direct ocean views.
“When we listed the market was soft, but obviously it picked up because of the pandemic,” real estate agent Wendy Mendoza of Cayhill & Dumott Real Estate told the WSJ, who revealed how Djokovic never actually lived in the unit.
“He held out… He was able to sell for more than he purchased.”
