In 2013, the birth of mother Alexandra Kinova (23 years old, Czech Republic) caused a media storm when the young mother gave birth to 5 children at once. It is worth mentioning that she conceived completely naturally and it was not until the last month of pregnancy that she knew the exact number of fetuses in her womb. This is Alexandra kinova’s second pregnancy. When pregnant this time, the young mother noticed that her belly was much larger than the first time, she thought that she might be pregnant with twins because both she and her husband were born in the family with the double gene.

At the first prenatal examination, the doctor had the same conclusion as the couple’s speculations. But 2 months before the birth, the ultrasound results revealed a surprise that she was carrying 4 babies at the same time
But that is still not the final number. A month before the operating table, the 5th fetus still “hiding” appeared in a routine ultrasound.

In particular, despite being pregnant with 5, Alexandra’s pregnancy went quite smoothly. She said that after experiencing morning sickness for the first 4 months, she did not have any more pregnancy complications. Carrying a huge pregnant belly, although it is heavy, she can still sleep well when lying on her side and does not have problems such as shortness of breath.

 

Alexandra’s birth took place on June 2, 2013, with the participation of 40 doctors and nurses
5 babies including 4 boys and 1 girl were born after caesarean section, without any complications. After birth, the babies were immediately transferred to the intensive care unit. The doctor said that all 5 are healthy and have a 95% chance of growing up normally, without any birth defects

Currently, the babies in the special 5th birth of mother Alexandra are 10 years old. Although it was a 5th birth, from birth until later growing up, the babies did not experience any dangerous complications like other twins and multiple pregnancies.
