The Rinspeed Bedouin is still considered one of the unique and weird Porsche 911 concepts when it can be turned into a pickup.

The Rinspeed Bedouin is still considered one of the unique and weird Porsche 911 concepts in the world when it can be turned into a pickup in an instant.

It was based on a 996-generation Porsche 911 and was first shown to the public at the 2003 Geneva Motor Show.

Specifically, the rear part of the car has a unique roof cover that can be folded and transforms the luggage compartment into a pickup-style crate.

The car is equipped with two small electric motors dedicated to operating the roof, while the tailgate itself is also electrically operated and can extend up to 45 cm.

Rinspeed painted it with a striking chameleon paint, increased ground clearance by 15 cm, and fitted a set of quality thick tires.

Inside, a variety of parts including the seats, transmission frame, dashboard, and door panel surfaces are decorated with new leather.

More specifically, Rinspeed also cut off the top of the steering wheel and replaced it with two Porsche gear knobs

Rinspeed also attached thousands of individual crystals on the door panels to make the concept car more brilliant
