While some A-listers like Paul Rudd, Jason Sudeikis and Eric Stonestreet have been lifelong supporters, other big names such as Taylor Swift, Henry Cavill and Henry Winkler have recently been welcomed by the Chiefs’ fanbase with open arms.

Check out all of the celebrities who will be rooting for Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and the rest of the Kansas City squad as they face off against the Philadelphia Eagles on Feb. 9 at the Super Bowl in New Orleans.

Taylor Swift

Even though she’s from Pennsylvania (and let’s not forget, has a lyric about “my Eagles t-shirt hanging from your door”), Taylor Swift started rooting for Travis Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs when the pair started dating in 2023.

The “Bejeweled” singer fueled romance rumors about herself and Travis when she showed up for two Chiefs games on consecutive that fall. When she first popped up at Arrowhead Stadium, Swift dressed in the team’s colors and wore her classic red lip to match.

She’s since been to 22 games (19 of which they won!) and celebrated with her boyfriend on the field when the team won the championship last year.

The Ant-Man star grew up in Kansas City, and he’s remained true to his home team. Ahead of the Super Bowl in 2023, in which the Chiefs played the Philadelphia Eagles, Paul Rudd told PEOPLE that he expected the game to be “very stressful.”

Luckily, Rudd’s team came out on top! The Chiefs bested the Eagles and took home the championship.

“I can’t believe it,” Rudd said in a post-game interview with his son, Jack, for Fox Sports. “It was such a great game, and, wow, it all just feels so overwhelming and incredible.”

Ted Lasso viewers think of Jason Sudeikis as a coach onscreen, but in real life he’s just another fan! Having grown up near Kansas City, the actor doesn’t hide his love for the Chiefs — and the team loves him back. In September 2023, Travis Kelce raved to PEOPLE about his love for Ted Lasso.

“Jason Sudeikis is one of my favorites,” the Chiefs tight end shared. “He and his family always pop in for a game here and there.”

Sudeikis’ dedication was on full display when he appeared on Peyton and Eli Manning’s Manningcast last November. As the Chiefs were down 10 – 14 to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers going into the third quarter, the actor simply brushed it off, telling the brothers it’s all part of “setting up an incredible fourth quarter,” where Mahomes and the team would be sure to pull off a win. And they did.

“I’ve waited for this day to come for my whole life. You’ve brought me so much joy. It’s been so fun to watch you play every Sunday. Watching you has brought me closer to my family and friends,” the Saturday Night Live star captioned a photo of herself on the field holding a Patrick Mahomes jersey.

Shortly after the win, Travis Kelce hosted Saturday Night Live a feat Gardner revealed she had been vouching for, for years.

“I don’t want to take full credit, the show and obviously the talent department [had something to do with it]. But I was obviously a big Chiefs fan and I had seen him do other little acting gigs and I was like, ‘he’s funny, he’s charming,” she told Not Skinny But Not Fat host Amanda Hirsch.

“And yeah, I just kept on going to the show and Lorne [Michaels] at one point was like, “Well, he has to win the Super Bowl.’ … And then he won the Super Bowl.”

“So happy that @michaelbuble was able to take a moment away from being an international singing sensation to finally make it to a Chiefs game,” the Modern Family star wrote on Instagram.

“He’s wanted to for a long time. I can tell you, he’s been a Chiefs fan since before we were winning and going to super bowls. And since we won, he’s invited back.”

“I grew up in Kentucky so I didn’t have a pro football team to root for so I just started rooting for my favorite players,” the Backstreet Boy told KSHB 41, a Kansas City news station. “It started with Terry Bradshaw, then Joe Montana and when he left San Francisco to come to Kansas City, that’s when we started dating … and I’ve been a fan ever since.”
