Venus Williams Turns Heads with a Bold Leggy Display at Paris Fashion Week’s Hotel Costes

Venus Williams turned heads at the swanky Hotel Costes Restaurant during Paris Fashion Week with a striking leggy display. The 44-year-old tennis superstar, and older sister of Serena Williams, looked effortlessly stylish in a black co-ord that featured a cropped blazer and a tiny mini skirt.

Her fashionable two-piece set showcased her incredible figure, complete with strappy buckle details and oversized pockets. Venus paired the outfit with pointy black heels and carried her essentials in a miniature handbag.

Emphasizing her natural beauty, she opted for a makeup-free look and styled her hair sleek and straight, exuding confidence and elegance at the event.

It comes after the sporting icon revealed she will keep playing tennis to not only ‘look good’ but to also stop herself from ageing.

Venus has won five Grand Slam single titles at Wimbledon since she began her career, and two at the US Open.

Considered one of the greatest players of all time, as October’s cover star for Harper’s Bazaar, she revealed she has no plans to slow down.

She said: ‘I’m still training, not every day like before but I’ll always need to be on court.

‘It’s a wonderful way to stay fit, burn calories and have great legs and arms! If you want to look good, play tennis. It doesn’t look like work but it’s exhausting.

‘I will do that as long as I have cartilage. If I keep playing, hopefully the ageing process won’t start.’

She revealed in 2011 after dropping out of the US Open that she was suffering with Sjögren’s disease.

The condition causes antibodies to attack the body’s moisture-producing glands, leading to dryness on and inside the body.

Venus Williams recently opened up about her experience with Sjogren’s syndrome, highlighting the challenges it poses for athletes. In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, she reflected on the various symptoms she faced, stating, “I had all kinds of symptoms, but that was very challenging as an athlete.” Rare complications from the condition can lead to salivary gland infections, kidney issues, ulcers, or pancreatitis.

Meanwhile, her sister Serena has been recognized as one of Glamour’s 2024 Global Women of the Year, alongside Pamela Anderson. Since 1990, Glamour has celebrated extraordinary women—trailblazers, rule breakers, visionaries, and champions who have made a significant impact each year.

The U.K. Women of the Year honorees will be announced on Tuesday, October 1, at a ceremony in London sponsored by Samsung Galaxy Ring.
