A single day has passed since Lincoln unveiled the all-new Navigator, and Serena Williams has already gotten her hands on one. It is one of the perks of being a brand ambassador. “My future ride,” she labels it. She already has the outgoing Navigator at home but will probably get the updated one soon.
Serena Williams is back in the US after attending the Olympic Games in Paris. A big surprise was waiting for her at home. Lincoln had just unveiled the 2025 Navigator, and the tennis icon will most likely replace her older ride with the new one.
A mother of two daughters and part of a big family, Serena does need the space that the Lincoln SUV offers. The model comes with heated and ventilated seats, while the ones in front also sport massage functions.
The automaker also offers an optional semi-powered bench seat and power-adjustable captain’s chairs with heating, ventilation, and massage. Furthermore, the Lincoln Soft Touch third row is 40/20/40 power-foldable.
“It’s here, and so am I,” the winner of 23 Grand Slam tournaments wrote on Instagram, and Lincoln shared her post. “I had to come check out the big debut of the all-new 2025 Lincoln Navigator, AKA my future ride,” she added.
She is going to need some time to get used to the significantly revised cabin. Lincoln fitted a new 48-inch panoramic display that stretches from pillar to pillar. She is also going to benefit from the presence of the all-new Pano Mode, which plays video and gaming apps to either side of the huge display while the vehicle is in Park.
However, Lincoln hasn’t touched the one engine available with the Navigator. It is the engine that also powers Serena’s current SUV. The twin-turbocharged V6 generates 440 horsepower (446 metric horsepower) and 510 pound-feet (691 Newton meters) of torque. A ten-speed automatic transmission sends the power to the asphalt through all four wheels.
A redesigned center console and a new two-spoke steering wheel are now on board the Navigator. Lincoln hasn’t released any pricing information, but the tennis icon doesn’t need to worry about that.
Serena has been a brand ambassador for Lincoln since 2018 and she has shown support for the brand each time she got the chance. She has been spotted driving the SUV with her two daughters, Adira and Olympia, and her husband, Alexis Ohanian.
The family also owns a Tesla Cybertruck. Alexis Ohanian was one of the first people to have it delivered. It happened during the handover event that Tesla held on November 30, 2023, at Giga Texas. Only ten customers received their brand-new Cybertrucks back then, and Ohanian was one of them.
